The Point takes Centerstage

World renowned Spanish Architect Angel Sueiro heads the design and construction team of the Point, La Union.  Architect Sueiro independently designed numerous casino projects, including the Gran Casino PLC in Margarita Island, Venezuela,  the Jump Up Casino in Saint Maarten and the Gran Casino Aranjuez in Madrid.

A former partner and art director of Nova, a graphic design and corporate firm in the Dominican Republic,  Sueiro has worked on numerous top hotels, restaurants, bars, casinos, real estate properties and over 60 hospitality projects in fifteen different countries.  In the last seven years he has been managing Impacto Concepts & Solutions, a subsidiary company of Thunderbird Resorts, with more than 140 architects and designers in nine countries.

Thunderbird Resorts has commissioned Mr Paulo Alcazaren of PGAA Creative Design as the Landscape Architect for the Point.  Mr. Alcazaren, the principal of the firm has over 25 years of experience in design profession and was awarded by the Professional Regulation Commission as Professional of the Year in the field of Landscape Architecture in 2002.

He also set up his affiliate offices, PDAA Design Pte Ltd in Singapore, Malaysia and India.
